Are there any discounts available?
Yes. In addition to the early-bird discount, we also offer a $25/person Team Discount to teams of 5+. These discounts are available on the Full Conference Admission registrations and are applied automatically to your registration. Please view our Prices and Discounts page for more details.
Can I register by mail?
At this time, we do not accept registration by mail. We only accept online registrations. However, we do offer a registration worksheet you can utilize to pre-plan your online registrations.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, or you may use a purchase order. Just be sure to enter the purchase order number on your registration when prompted and to follow the instructions that inform you how to submit your purchase order to the Conference Team. Your online registration will reserve your seat, but payment guarantees your reservation.
Will I get to choose my breakout sessions before the conference?
Absolutely! We will reach out to you closer to the conference with detailed information on how to build your personalized agenda and reserve your seat in the breakout sessions of your choice. Be sure to watch your email for important updates and information from us closer to the time of the conference so that you don’t miss the opportunity to build your agenda.
Sessions and Handouts
How do I choose my sessions?
As the conference approaches you will receive important email updates. Once sessions are announced you will receive an email notice so you can build your agenda.. Session availability is based on available remaining seating; therefore, advance selection is recommended. Once a session has reached capacity, you will no longer be able select it.
Will there be sessions appropriate for my role?
We’ve designed sessions appropriate for every role. No matter what you teach or who you supervise, you’re sure to find sessions that address your interests.
How do I access session handouts?
Session materials will be provided based on the sessions that you select when you create your personalized agenda. Reserving your seat helps us provide adequate materials for each session.
Will I be able to view my registered sessions online?
The confirmation email you receive at the time you register will include a link to your registration record. Once session selection is available, you will also be able to view your session selections within your registration record. If you need to modify your selections, please refer to the Modification Policy section of the Policies page.
Will I have access to the Internet?
Wi-Fi access will be available free of charge in the hotel lobby and in the guest rooms.
Should I bring my own device?
We recommend bringing your own smart phone, laptop or tablet (with a charged battery) so that you can fully engage in the sessions that showcase our technology.
ADA and Special Needs
Are there services for disabled or handicapped persons?
Yes, both the resort and conference area are ADA-certified. Please indicate your circumstances or concerns on both your conference registration form and your hotel room reservation so we can ensure your experience is nothing less than stellar.
Can you accommodate food allergies or sensitivities?
We’d like nothing more than to ensure you enjoy your time at the conference, and that includes your dining experience. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you register online so our chef can plan a delicious meal that suits your dietary needs.
Are continuing education credits available for the conference?
Participants who attend the full conference may earn up to 13.5 participation hours subject to their district’s approval.
Our sessions offer detailed explorations of topics, so your participation hours may be considered for CEU credits by schools and districts. Attendees may be eligible for up to 13.5 certificate participation hours.* It’s a great way to enhance professional development!
When will we get our certificate for attending?
Certificates of attendance will be made available after the conference. We will email attendees when the certificates are ready for download.

Where do I park for the event?
Our venue does have a parking garage, with an on-site parking fee of $7 per day or $10 for overnight parking.
