  1. Before we can engage in professional learning, or creating professional learning experiences, we must truly focus on the whole educator. Taking the time to know their strengths, needs, and interests enables us to create personalized professional learning experiences that empower educators to grow and learn, and motivates them to model the same experience for their students. Focus on building trusting relationships as a foundation to effective customized professional learning is time well spent.
